INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1988 No. 86 of 1988 - SECT 11

11. The members of the Commission have seniority according to the following
order of precedence:

   (a)  the President;

   (b)  the Deputy Presidents, according to the days on which their
        commissions took effect, or, where the commissions of 2 or more of
        them took effect on the same day, according to the precedence assigned
        to them by their commissions;

   (c)  the Commissioners, according to the days on which their commissions
        took effect, or, where the commissions of 2 or more of them took
        effect on the same day, according to the precedence assigned to them
        by their commissions.
