INSOLVENCY (TAX PRIORITIES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 32 of 1993 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) If this Act receives the Royal Assent after 1 June 1993, sections 6, 7, 9,
11, 13 and 15 and Part 5 are taken to have commenced on that day.

(3) If this Act receives the Royal Assent before 1 July 1993, Part 4 commences
on that day.
