INSURANCE LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 1 of 1992 - SECT 19

19. Section 58 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "An inspector" and substituting "The
Commissioner or the inspector";
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "the inspector" and substituting "the
Commissioner or the inspector";

   (c)  by omitting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:

"(3) If the inspector causes notes to be recorded under this section, the
notes must be given to the Commissioner with the report of the investigation
concerned.".
