INSURANCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 16 of 1989 - SECT 48
Amendment of Third Schedule
48. (1) Clause 4 of Part I of the Third Schedule to the Principal Act is
amended by inserting "appointed" before "actuary".
(2) The amendment made by subsection (1) applies in relation to investigations
commencing after the commencement of this section.
