INSURANCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 16 of 1989 - SECT 39
Commissions or rebates in respect of policies
39. Section 79 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "the approval of
an actuary" and substituting "the approval of the appointed actuary".
