IMPORTED FOOD CONTROL ACT 1992 No. 221 of 1992 - SECT 4
Application of Act to certain external Territories
4.(1) This Act does not extend to the Territory of Christmas Island unless
regulations made for the purposes of this subsection provide that the Act is
to extend to that Territory.
(2) This Act does not extend to the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands
unless regulations made for the purposes of this subsection provide that the
Act is to extend to that Territory.
