INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS (NOTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 214 of 1992 - SECT 19
Application for variation of assessment report
19. Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subparagraph
(2)(a)(ii) "(if any)" after "the summary report".
