1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and 
Assessment) Amendment Act (No. 2) 1992 .
(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Industrial Chemicals (Notification
and Assessment) Act 1989.*1* (Minister's second reading speech made in-
