INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS (NOTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 8 of 1990 - SECT 99

99. (1) The Chief Executive Officer may make the services of members of the
staff of the Commission available for the purposes of assessing chemicals
under this Act or assisting in the administration of this Act.

(2) While a person is performing services made available under subsection (1),
that person must do so in accordance with the directions of the Director and
not otherwise.

(3) Functions of the Director referred to in subsection 91 (3) may be
functions relating to the control of members of the staff of the Commission
referred to in subsection (1) while they are performing functions and duties
for the Commission.
