INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS (NOTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 8 of 1990 - SECT 9
Act to bind Crown
9. This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the
States, of the Australian Capital Territory, of the Northern Territory and of
Norfolk Island, but nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be
prosecuted for an offence.
