INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS (NOTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 8 of 1990 - SECT 11

11. (1) The Director must keep the inventory known as the Australian Inventory
of Chemical Substances that was kept by the Environment Department immediately
before the commencement of this section.

(2) The Inventory must be kept in the prescribed form at such place as the
