INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS (NOTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 8 of 1990 - SECT 10

Relationship to other Commonwealth laws etc.

10. The provisions of this Act are in addition to, and not in substitution
for, the requirements of any other law of the Commonwealth (whether passed or
made before or after the commencement of this Act).
