INDUSTRY COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 9 of 1990 - SECT 9

9. (1) Subject to subsection (2), where the Minister receives a report as the
result of an inquiry, the Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid
before each House of the Parliament within 25 sitting days of that House after
the day on which the Minister receives the report.

(2) If the Commission recommends that the tabling of the report, or part of
the report, be delayed for a specified period, subsection (1) applies to the
report, or that part of the report, as if the report was received by the
Minister at the end of that period.
