INTERNATIONAL AIR SERVICES COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 139 of 1994 - SECT 5

5. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:

"(2A) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the Commission may, at the same
time, consider, and make decisions on, more than one matter in relation to
particular capacity, for example, the renewal of a determination that
allocated capacity and the allocation of new capacity.";
(b) by inserting in paragraph (3)(a) "applicable" before "policy".
