INTERNATIONAL AIR SERVICES COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 139 of 1994 - SECT 4

4. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subsection (1) "of this section and subsection 9(2A)"
        after "subsection (2)";

   (b)  by adding at the end of paragraph (3)(b) "; or";

   (c)  by adding at the end of subsection (3) the following paragraph:

"(c) invited applications concerning its allocation and caused to be recorded
in the minutes of a meeting of the Commission a statement to the effect that
no applications were received in response to the invitation or that any
applications so received were withdrawn.".
