INTERNATIONAL AIR SERVICES COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 139 of 1994 - SECT 19

19. Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended by adding the following
subsection:

"(2) The performance of a function or the exercise of a power by the
Commission is not affected by a vacancy in the membership of the Commission.".
