INTERNATIONAL AIR SERVICES COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 139 of 1994 - SECT 17

Repeal of section and substitution of new section

17. Section 30 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Commission may hold hearings

"30.(1) For the purposes of the performance of its functions, the Commission
may hold hearings.

"(2) This Division applies to any hearing held by the Commission for the
purpose of considering a matter or matters before it.".
