INSURANCE AND SUPERANNUATION COMMISSIONER ACT 1987 No. 98 of 1987 - SECT 7
Remuneration and allowances
7. Subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973, the Commissioner shall be
paid:
(a) such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and
(b) such allowances as are prescribed.
