INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1986 No. 102 of 1986 - SECT 8

8. Section 2AB of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following sub-section:

"(3) Sub-section (1) applies in relation to the Australian Security
Intelligence Organization as if the reference to the Secretary were a
reference to the Director-General of Security, and a reference to a Department
were a reference to the Organization.".
