INDEPENDENT AIR FARES COMMITTEE ACT 1981 No. 76 of 1981 - SECT 29

29. A person served with a summons to appear as a witness before the Committee
shall not, without reasonable excuse -

   (a)  fail to attend as required by the summons; or

   (b)  fail to appear and report himself from day to day unless excused, or
        released from further attendance, by the Committee.

Penalty: $1,000.
