INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 118 of 1984 - SECT 33

33. (1) Part V of the Principal Act as amended by this Act applies in relation
to an inquiry that the Commission commences, after the commencement of this
Act, to hold under the Principal Act as so amended.

(2) Notwithstanding the amendments of the Principal Act made by sections 23 to
26 (inclusive) and 31 of this Act, Part V of the Principal Act continues to
apply in relation to an inquiry that the Commission has, before the
commencement of this Act, commenced to hold under the Principal Act.
