INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 118 of 1984 - SECT 29

29. Section 45 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:

"(1) The Commission shall, as soon as practicable, and in any event within 3
months, after 30 June in each year, prepare and furnish to the Minister a
report (in this section referred to as an 'annual report') on the operations
of the Commission during the year that ended on that day.".
