INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 118 of 1984 - SECT 10

Functions of Commission under Part III 
10. Section 21 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by inserting "under this Part" after "Commission" (first occurring);

   (b)  by omitting "and other matters" and substituting ", and other
        matters,"; and
(c) by omitting "Act" (last occurring) and substituting "Part".
