INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 169 of 1973 - SECT 6

6. (1) Except with the consent of the Minister, a Commissioner shall not
engage in paid employment outside the duties of his office.

(2) For the purposes of sub-sections 4 (3A) and (4) of the Superannuation Act
1922-1973 each Commissioner shall be deemed to be required, by the terms of
his appointment, to give the whole of his time to the duties of his office.
