INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 169 of 1973 - SECT 5

PART II-CONSTITUTION OF COMMISSION
5. (1) There is hereby established an Industries Assistance Commission, which
shall consist of not less than five or more than nine Commissioners.

(2) The Commissioners shall be appointed by the Governor-General.

(3) The exercise of the powers and the performance of the duties and functions
of the Commission are not affected by reason only of the number of
Commissioners appointed by the Governor-General falling below five for a
period of not more than three months.
