INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 169 of 1973 - SECT 41
Allowances to witnesses.
41. A witness summoned under this Act to appear at an inquiry by the
Commission is entitled to be paid by Australia such allowances for his
travelling and other expenses as are prescribed.
