INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 169 of 1973 - SECT 40

40. (1) A Commissioner or a member of the staff assisting the Commission may
inspect any books or documents furnished to the Commission for the purposes of
the performance of its functions under this Act or produced at an inquiry and
may make copies of, or take extracts from, those books or documents.

(2) Books or documents so furnished may be retained by the Commission for such
reasonable period as the Commission thinks fit.
