INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 169 of 1973 - SECT 34

34. The Chairman, or a Commissioner who has been nominated to preside at a
meeting of the Commission, may, by writing signed by him, summon a person to
appear before the Commission at a time and place specified in the summons to
give evidence and produce such books and documents (if any) as are referred to
in the summons.
