INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 169 of 1973 - SECT 14
Resignation of Commissioners.
14. (1) A Commissioner may resign his office by writing signed by him and
delivered to the Governor-General.
(2) An Associate Commissioner may resign his office by writing signed by him
and delivered to the Minister.
