INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 169 of 1973 - SECT 13

13. (1) The Minister may grant to a Commissioner, or to an Associate
Commissioner who is engaged full-time on business of the Commission, leave of
absence on such terms and conditions as to remuneration and otherwise as the
Minister determines.

(2) The Minister may, by writing signed by him, delegate to the Chairman his
powers under sub-section (1) in relation to Commissioners (other than the
Chairman) and Associate Commissioners.

(3) A power so delegated may be exercised by the Chairman in accordance with
the instrument of delegation.

(4) A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent
the exercise of a power by the Minister.
