INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 169 of 1973 - SECT 11

Executive Commissioner.

11. (1) The Chairman may appoint one of the Commissioners to be the Executive
Commissioner.

(2) A Commissioner who is appointed to be the Executive Commissioner shall
assist the Chairman in the performance of his duties and the exercise of his
powers.
