Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Act 1984 No. 75 of 1984 - SECT 42

42. (1) An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of a decision of a Commissioner under this Act other than a decision to
delegate a power under section 47.
(2) In this section, ''decision'' has the same meaning as in the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
