Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Act 1984 No. 75 of 1984 - SECT 41
Hearing before making adverse decision
41. A Commissioner shall not make a decision under this Act that would be
adverse to a person without giving to the person an opportunity of being heard
and of presenting evidence.
