Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Act 1984 No. 75 of 1984 - SECT 3

3. (1) This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth or of a Territory
in which this Act applies or to which this Act extends but does not bind the
Crown in right of a State.

(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown in right of the Commonwealth or of a
Territory liable to be prosecuted for an offence arising under this Act.
