Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Act 1984 No. 75 of 1984 - SECT 23

23. A person may, on application made in accordance with the regulations and
on payment of the prescribed fee (if any)-

   (a)  inspect the Register of Life Insurance Brokers or the Register of
        General Insurance Brokers;

   (b)  inspect any accounts lodged by registered insurance brokers with a
        Commissioner;

   (c)  inspect a contract of insurance referred to in paragraph 19 (1) (b),
        or a copy of such a contract, that is lodged with a Commissioner; and

   (d)  make a copy of, or take extracts from, any such Register, accounts,
        contract or copy of a contract.
