Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Act 1984 No. 75 of 1984 - SECT 2

2. (1) Part I, Part II (other than sections 10 and 12) and Part IV (other than
section 37) shall come into operation on the day on which this Act receives
the Royal Assent.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day
as is, or such days as respectively are, fixed by Proclamation.
