INSURANCE ACQUISITIONS AND TAKEOVERS ACT 1991 No. 6 of 1992 - SECT 69

69. The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate any or all of the
Minister's powers under this Act (other than Part 7) to:

   (a)  the Commissioner; or

   (b)  a member of the staff assisting the Commissioner.
