INSURANCE ACQUISITIONS AND TAKEOVERS ACT 1991 No. 6 of 1992 - SECT 61

61. (1) A temporary restraining order or a permanent restraining order comes
into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

(2) A divestment order comes into operation on such date as is specified in
the order, being a date not earlier than 30 days after the date of publication
of the order in the Gazette.
