INSURANCE ACQUISITIONS AND TAKEOVERS ACT 1991 No. 6 of 1992 - SECT 59

Offence of contravening temporary restraining order, permanent restraining order or divestment order

59. A person who contravenes a temporary restraining order, permanent
restraining order or divestment order is guilty of an offence punishable on
conviction by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 2 years or a fine not
exceeding $50,000, or both.
