INSURANCE ACQUISITIONS AND TAKEOVERS ACT 1991 No. 6 of 1992 - SECT 43

43. If the Minister is satisfied that the result of a trigger proposal would
be contrary to the public interest, the Minister may make an order (in this
Part called a "permanent restraining order") prohibiting the proposed
acquisition or prohibiting the entering into of the proposed arrangement, as
the case may be, to which the trigger proposal relates.
