INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 31 of 1977 - SECT 3
Interpretation.
3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) the definitions of ''Chairman'', ''Court'', ''member'' and ''Tribunal''.
