INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 31 of 1977 - SECT 19

19. Section 45 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''or secretary'' and
        substituting the words '', secretary or manager''; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:-

''(3) In sub-section (2), 'manager', in relation to a body corporate, means
the principal executive officer of the body corporate, by whatever name he is
called.''.
