HAZARDOUS WASTE (REGULATION OF EXPORTS AND IMPORTS) ACT 1989 No. 6 of 1990 - SECT 64
Forfeited goods
64. Section 229 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(3) In spite of subsection (1), goods are not forfeited to the Crown merely
because they are imported or exported in contravention of the Hazardous Waste
(Regulation of Exports and Imports) Act 1989 .".
