HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 53

53. (1) The Secretary shall, as soon as practicable after each 30 June,
furnish to the Minister, for presentation to each House of the Parliament, a
report as to the administration and operation of this Act during the year that
ended on that date.

(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of each report of the Secretary to be laid
before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after
the receipt of the report by the Minister.
