HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 51
Prosecutions for offences.
51. (1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations may be
commenced at any time within 3 years after the commission of the offence.
(2) Offences against this Act or the regulations shall not be prosecuted
without the written consent of the Minister, the Secretary or a person
authorized in writing by the Secretary to consent to prosecutions for such
offences.
