HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 44
Indemnity to certain persons.
44. Nothing contained in any law of a State or internal Territory operates so
as to prevent a person from furnishing any information, or making any books,
documents or papers available, to the Secretary or to an officer for the
purposes of this Act.
