HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 40

Appeals to Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

40. A person affected by a decision of the Secretary, being a decision that
has been affirmed or varied under section 39, may make application to the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a review of the decision.
