HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 39

39. (1) A person affected by a decision of the Secretary may, within such time
(if any) as is prescribed, request the Secretary to reconsider the decision.

(2) Upon receipt of the request, the Secretary shall reconsider the decision,
and may affirm, revoke or vary it.
