HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 38
Review of decisions.
38. Where it appears to the Secretary that sufficient reason exists for
reviewing a decision of the Secretary, the Secretary may review the decision
and may affirm, revoke or vary it.
