HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 37
Interpretation.
37. In sections 38, 39 and 40, a reference to a decision of the Secretary
shall be read as a reference to a determination, direction, decision or
approval of the Secretary, or of a delegate of the Secretary, under this Act.
